On Monday, March 10, Phil McGrane officially announced his candidacy for Idaho Secretary of State to a crowd of supporters and media at the Idaho Capitol Rotunda. Former Governor Butch Otter and former Secretary of State Ben Ysursa introduced Phil and endorsed his candidacy. Following the announcement, McGrane filed to run for Secretary of State.
